Professional Background
I received my PA real estate licensure in 1970 and later received my broker's license. I was a member of the Delaware County Board of Realtors. Since we came to the shore every summer, I thought it wise to get a NJ real estate license which I did about 20 years ago...and subsequently got my NJ Broker's license. I am a member of the Ocean City Board of Realtors and the Cape May County Board of Realtors also.
Knowing that education is so important, I received my GRI and a few years ago was one of the first to get my e-Pro certification. In early fall 2006, I earned my RSPS designation - Resort and Second Home Property Specialist and was the 34th in the country to earn this designation (and I think the first or second in New Jersey). Every year I return to PA and take continuing education courses to keep my license active and to keep my real estate knowledge up to date. I am also a member of the National Association of Realtors and the New Jersey Association of Realtors. Because the internet is so valuable today in this cyber world, I am a member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society
